Selecting Goods and Services (Adding to Cart)

To find the product you are looking for on mekanmotor.com, you can either use the search bar by entering keywords or browse through the main category and navigate to relevant subcategories.

Click the "Add to Cart" button on the product page to add the selected product to your shopping cart.

Before finalizing your order, a summary of your order will be displayed so that you can verify the accuracy of the entered information.

Once you are sure about the products in your order and the total amount, click the "Complete Order" button to proceed to the payment step.

No order is created until the payment process is completed; therefore, there is no binding commitment at this stage.


Entering Payment Information (Purchasing)

To proceed to the payment step, select the items you wish to purchase in your cart and click the "Complete Order" button.

Enter the delivery and billing address or select from your saved addresses.

On the payment page, enter your Bank Transfer or Credit Card information and click the "Complete Order" button to finalize your purchase.

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email confirming your order and providing detailed order information.


Shopping Without Membership

This is an alternative order method for users who do not wish to create an account.

If you forget your login credentials or prefer to shop without signing in, you may choose to shop as a guest.

Select the items in your cart and click the "Complete Order" button to proceed to checkout.

On the next screen, click the "Continue as Guest" button located under the Member Login area.

Enter the delivery and billing address.

Enter your Bank Transfer or Credit Card information on the payment page and click the "Complete Order" button to complete your purchase.

After your purchase is completed, you will receive an email confirming your order and detailing the items.


Shopping with Membership

When you shop as a registered member, a personal account page will be available to you, allowing you to track all your transactions.

To proceed to payment, select the items you want to purchase and click the "Complete Order" button.

You will be presented with Quick Membership and Member Login options. Click the Quick Membership button and complete your registration by entering your information.

When registering:

  • You must check the box "I accept the membership terms and the protection of my personal data."

The following options are available and up to your discretion:

  • I want to receive campaign announcements and updates via email.

  • I want to receive campaign announcements and updates via SMS.

  • I accept the membership terms and the protection of my personal data.


My Account Page

A "My Account" page is available for registered members.

This page is personal and not visible to others.

From your "My Account" page, you can track your orders, process returns/repairs, view your favorite products, check shipping status, and update your account settings such as password and address changes.

All your transactions can be easily managed from this page.


Delivery Information

Once your payment is received, your order(s) will be shipped within the specified shipping timeframe, and tracking information will be generated automatically in the system.

Shipping information will be sent to your email address.

You can track your shipment via the courier company’s website.


Storage of Agreements

For each product or service you purchase, an Online Distance Sales Agreement is sent to you along with the order confirmation email.

These documents are also stored in the mekanmotor.com records for one year.


Modifying Order Information (Order Cancellation)

You can track your order status, edit your order information, or cancel your order via the My Account page.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

In case of any consumer complaints or disputes, the consumer may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts.

The monetary thresholds for jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees are:

  • a. For disputes under 6,920 TL, District Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized.

  • b. In metropolitan cities, for disputes between 6,920 TL and 10,390 TL, Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized.

  • c. In non-metropolitan cities, for disputes under 10,390 TL, Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized.

  • d. In districts of non-metropolitan cities, for disputes between 6,920 TL and 10,390 TL, District Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized.

For disputes exceeding these thresholds, applications must be made to Consumer Courts, not Arbitration Committees.

The competent authority is the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court where the consumer resides or where the transaction took place.

In the event of a dispute, you may also apply for mediation, arbitration, or other alternative dispute resolution methods legally accepted in our country.

These methods are known to be faster, more economical, and more efficient. Applying to these methods does not eliminate your right to seek legal remedies.


PERSONAL DATA INFORMATION/REQUEST FORM

According to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), data subjects are granted the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data, as specified in Article 11 of the law.

As per Article 13, paragraph 1 of the KVKK, applications related to these rights must be submitted in writing or via other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”).

Accordingly, written applications can be submitted to our company by printing this form and:

  • Delivering it in person,

  • Sending via notary,

  • Signing it with a “secure electronic signature” as defined in the Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 and emailing it to the registered electronic mail (KEP) address of the Company.

Applications submitted will be responded to within 30 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with Article 13, paragraph 2 of the KVKK, depending on the nature of the request.

Our response will be sent to you in writing or electronically, as specified in the relevant KVKK provision.

This form is designed to identify your relationship with our Company and, if applicable, to determine the personal data processed by our Company in a complete manner so that your request can be answered accurately and in a timely manner.
To avoid any legal risks arising from unauthorized or unlawful data sharing and to ensure the security of your personal data, our Company reserves the right to request additional documentation (such as a copy of your ID or driver’s license) to verify identity and authorization.
The Company is not responsible for requests arising from incorrect or outdated information or unauthorized applications.
